We only accept payment via paypal as paypal is an extremely safe way for you to purchase goods over the internet. It is a safer , quicker and easier way to pay without giving your card details to various people we do not have access to any of your account details. Paypal is used worldwide and has over 150 million account holders.

WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

A paypal account is extremely easy to set up. All you need to do is visit www.paypal .com and enter a user name and password which is for security. You then just follow the steps entering your personal details and payment choice ie. Credit Card or Debit Card of your choice this is all done over there secure server once an account has been set up you can use it again and again.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE THE ITEM?

Delivery is between 1 and 2 working days depending on the time the order was received.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes we ship all over the world. Postage is included in price for Europe but outside Europe please add £10 for delivery.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

As a main aim our company strives to offer great Customer Service and customer satisfaction is or main objective.

We accept returns only if the item is returned to us unused with no marks, scratches etc and in exactly the same state it was sent in ie. With tags attached and care cards, dust bag etc. Once we receive your order it will go through our quality control procedure so you receive the item in perfect condition. We only offer returns within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange please email us before returning the bag to us to state the reason for return. We reserve the right to refuse a return and items will be promptly sent back to the purchaser if any of the above occur. Please note the posting and packaging cost will not be refunded.

HOW DO YOU REFUND MY RETURN?
