The Return of the IT bag

Autumn/Winter 2011 is going to see a massive return to the famous IT bag. The catwalk shows such as Mulberry, Celine and of course Chanel channelled across their gorgeous collection of bags and some are set to become massive this winter. Mulberry showed the Mulberry Carter Bag which is set to become another Mulberry masterpiece. The bag is a classic looking box shaped bag with the famous twisted strap like the classic Chanel 2.55.

Chanel as always had an array of fabulous handbags but the Chanel Boy is set to take the IT bag crown. The Chanel Boy is inspired by the cartridge bag which was used by hunters, the bag is not girly and not fussy. Plain and classic and only available in 5 colours keep your eye on the celebrity circuit now as you will see many with the Chanel Boy on their arm.

 

 

 

The Rise of Designer Inspired Handbags

 

 

For many the price of a designer handbag is quite simply unatainable. Designer Handbags have been at the centre of fashion for a long time. The latest designer 'IT' bag has always been pricey, being seen on celebrity arms carrys a price and many people in awe of those who are able to carry such a bag. But for most people who simply cannot afford designer brand prices designer inspired handbags have become the item most ladies have turned to. Inspired bags are unbranded but follow popular designs which keep in line with the latest fashion must haves and at reasonable prices. Season upon season the latest trends of handbags change and buy purchasing a handbag at a cheaper price allows us all to keep up to date with the latest fashion must haves and even have a few handbags rather than just one. There is however a big divide between the people who pay alot of money for a handbag and others who like a cheaper handbag and there is a few in-betweeners who opt for a good leather handbag and go for a middle priced bag.

We all have our favorite types of handbags. Some people love designer handbags, some love cheap handbags, shoulder, Totes, Satchels the list is just endless so what type of bag is your main style? My style is usually a clasic and quite a plain looking bag. I am not one for leopard print of lots of gold hardware a simple classic looking bag like the Chanel 2.55 would suit me perfectly....well a girl can dream can't she? Selling handbags I have always had to look outside the box I know leopard print handbags are not really me but I know they are a great seller and some ladies adore them.So what we want to know is your style of bag?
